Description

You will drive business-critical multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through execution, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Customer Product teams. Your work ensures successful completion of milestones and deliverables while continuously engaging customers to address pain points.

Requirements

• 4+ years of TPM experience at a fast-paced software company
• Strong experience managing complex releases with multiple stakeholders (internal/external)
• Experience with commercially available tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Efficient execution with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset

Responsibilities

• Execute projects spanning multiple organizations, track progress, and ensure successful completion of milestones and deliverables
• Continuously engage customers to understand pain points and identify project opportunities
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on customer use cases not yet addressed by current software
• Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs based on requirements and feedback
