Description

As a Production Mechanic CNC in Pre/Post Processing, you will prepare and finish components, ensuring quality and process reliability. You'll deburr, grind, polish, mark, clean, install thread inserts, perform pressing/joining processes, make simple fixtures, saw raw material, and document work in the MES system.

Requirements

• Completed training as precision mechanic, toolmaker, industrial mechanic, or similar; career changers welcome
• Experience in deburring, grinding, polishing, and manual finishing of sensitive parts
• Understanding of tolerances and surface qualities
• Experience with mechanical joining and assembly work
• Good German language skills required; English desirable

Responsibilities

• Deburr, grind, polish components per quality and drawing specifications
• Mark, label, and identify components according to technical documentation
• Clean and perform final surface preparation
• Install thread inserts (e.g., Helicoils) and perform pressing/joining processes
• Process production orders in MES system and document relevant data
