💼 About This Role

You'll act as the go-to HR resource for employee queries across the full lifecycle in a global gaming company. You'll build trust and fairness while driving process improvements and supporting a best-in-class employee experience. This role is based in Dublin's city centre.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits inquiries.
• Research and resolve employee queries across EMEA countries.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and support process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with EMEA and global teams on finance, tax, and compliance matters.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Experience with EMEA HR admin operations and payroll inputs.
• Experience in HR shared services across EMEA region.
• Knowledge of HR best practices in EMEA and HRIS (preferably Workday).

✨ Nice to Have

• Written and verbal communication skills in German or French.
• Knowledge of HR best practices in France, Spain, or Germany.
• Experience contributing to large-scale system implementations.
