💼 About This Role

You'll lead the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and advance late-stage therapeutic programs in oncology and rare diseases. You'll oversee cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of drug development initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage product development plan including activity planning, budgets, and milestones.
• Engage with senior leadership to define project strategies and objectives.
• Maintain internal Project Management software (SmartSheet) for scheduling and risk assessment.
• Facilitate regular project update meetings with Project Teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical/drug development experience including Ph1-Ph3 readiness.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• 5+ years of financial management experience including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Proficient in two key drug development functions such as clinical operations or regulatory affairs.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with SmartSheet is preferred.
