💼 About This Role

You'll support daily shelter operations including reception, hospitality, and sanitation. Your work ensures a safe, clean environment for participants and staff. This role offers trauma-informed care training and community impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check participants and visitors in and out of the site
• Manage site phone, mail, and donations
• Conduct weekly wellness checks and track outcomes
• Perform monthly deep cleans with participants

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Two years of social services experience preferred
• Trauma-informed care and harm reduction approach
• Mediation experience with escalated behavior
