Description

You will lead data science strategy for the Client Experience domain at Alma, using analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML to optimize client-provider matching, conversion funnels, and search ranking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define the roadmap and mentor other data scientists.

• Senior-level data science experience
• Expertise in analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML
• Experience in conversion funnel optimization and search ranking
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Mentorship of other data scientists

Responsibilities

• Define Data Science strategy and priorities in the Client Experience domain
• Generate product insights through statistical and causal analysis
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments
• Develop AI/ML applications to enhance client experience
• Define metrics and OKRs aligned to company goals
