💼 About This Role

You'll shape the sales organization of the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) following a merger, driving revenue growth and go-to-market execution. You'll lead a newly unified team, build scalable sales processes, and act as the public-facing leader in the logistics tech space.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Coach and support sales engineers on complex opportunities and own enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline for accurate visibility.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 10 years in senior sales leadership.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile logistics technology.
  • Experience scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven forecasting accuracy using frameworks like MEDDPICC or SPICED.
