You'll lead monitoring coverage assessments for Pathward's Suspicious Activity Monitoring program, partnering with Data Analytics to optimize rules and scenarios. Your work ensures risk-based tuning that improves alert quality and meets regulatory expectations. This role bridges operations, analytics, and governance to translate insights into sustainable improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead periodic coverage assessments of transaction monitoring rules and scenarios.
• Partner with Data Analytics to support rule tuning and threshold adjustments.
• Analyze alert metrics and perform root cause analysis on coverage gaps.
• Maintain documentation for exam, audit, and regulatory readiness.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML or transaction monitoring.
• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring concepts and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with monitoring systems like Actimize or FCRM.

• CAMS or similar certification preferred.
• Experience working with analytics and data teams.
