Description

You will lead design initiatives for a new agentic development environment, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy, ensuring interfaces are usable and intuitive. This role helps shape how AI transforms software development workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Experience designing complex functional interfaces
• Ability to prototype, verify, present, and justify UI/UX solutions
• Proactive, independent, with strong time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user interfaces with wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Lead large-scale initiatives from vision to execution
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define problems and align goals
• Communicate design concepts and decisions to promote alignment
• Work with UX Research and Analytics to validate ideas using behavioral data
