💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Human-in-the-Loop layer of our image classification pipeline, partnering with Policy, Product, and Engineering to improve harm detection. Your work ensures moderation operations are consistent and scalable, directly impacting safety and harm reduction outcomes at Bumble. This role involves exposure to sensitive content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Sensitive Content pillar, overseeing a classification team.
• Manage BPO and AI moderation vendor partnerships end-to-end.
• Translate sensitive content policy into labeling guidance and workflows.
• Coordinate special labeling projects from insight to impact.
• Drive operational quality through sampling, calibration, and audits.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in trust & safety or related operations.
• Experience leading vendor/BPO operations with performance management.
• Strong knowledge of trust & safety policy taxonomies and labeling guidelines.
• Experience with data labeling for AI safety and human review workflows.
