💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an experienced heavy body technician, training others and performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels. Your core impact is delivering first-rate vehicles for customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and ASE reimbursement programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train other autobody technicians on heavy bodywork
• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling
• Conduct heavy metal pulling and straightening
• Execute roof and rocker panel repairs

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently

• ASE certification
• Experience with heavy metal pulling and welding
• Previous training or leadership experience
