💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-efficiency collaborative data team, planning core data infrastructure and implementing enterprise-level data governance systems. You'll deeply connect with cross-departmental business needs to empower data-driven growth and risk control for the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. This role offers the opportunity to shape the data strategy of a fully regulated fintech pioneer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data team recruitment, training, performance management, and echelon building.
• Plan and build core data infrastructure including data warehouse, data lake, and real-time platforms.
• Implement enterprise-level data governance systems for data quality, security, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee the whole lifecycle of key data projects, controlling progress, quality, and cost.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of data industry experience with 3+ years of data team management.
• Proficiency in big data tech stack: Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka, Databricks, Delta Lake.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift) with cloud-native data architecture.
• Solid programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java and experience in complex ETL pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS/Azure/GCP cloud certification (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty).
• Experience building data middle platforms and enterprise-level data assetization.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps/Infra-as-Code tools (Terraform) and BI tools (Metabase).
