Description

You will develop and execute a Marketing and Sales Plan to grow hospice census, build relationships with referral sources, and guide families through the enrollment process. This role combines sales, community education, and compassionate communication.

Requirements

• BS in Health Care, Social Work, Marketing, or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
• Valid state of Ohio RN or LPN license
• Ohio Driver's license
• 2+ years sales/referral marketing experience preferably in hospice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with older persons and families

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contact and leads database
• Grow census to exceed budget
• Establish relationships with key referral contacts (doctors, nurses, social workers, etc.)
• Make outbound calls and conduct appointments for enrollment
• Develop and execute a detailed Marketing and Sales Plan
