Description

As part of Archer's mission to scale production of eVTOL aircraft, you'll lead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure milestones are met. You'll oversee physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems, resolve build challenges, and communicate progress to leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years experience, including 5+ in aircraft assembly/integration/manufacturing and 3+ in program or technical leadership
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics, flight systems
• Proven ability to manage program schedules, technical scope, and cross-functional resources
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira, and standard office applications

• Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Ensure configuration control and interface compatibility for certification compliance
• Identify and resolve technical and execution risks, communicating status to leadership
