Requirements

• 5+ years in F2P mobile casual games
• Passion for F2P mobile games and sophisticated ecosystems
• Strong communication skills; able to explain the 'why'
• Skilled at prioritizing high-impact initiatives and managing expectations
• Proven experience building and supporting social gameplay mechanics

Responsibilities

• Lead product features from concept through release and post-launch
