• Guide customers from initial contact to contract signing
• Analyze customer needs to find the optimal credit offer
• Support customers without cold calling using active leads

📋 Requirements

• First experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., Vertrieb, Telesales)
• Professional communication skills on the phone
• Reliability and an engaged work ethic
• Completed commercial training is ideal
