You'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at Carvana's Market Hubs, coordinating with team members for timely deliveries. You'll ensure customer satisfaction through inspections and detailing, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
