📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing sales teams in high-volume environments
• Proven experience overseeing both inbound and outbound sales functions
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
• Ability to work during US Eastern and Pacific time zones
