You'll work on fine-tuning large video models (Vid-LLMs) for specific understanding tasks. Your work will directly impact India's largest subscription platform with 250M+ subscriptions. You'll collaborate with research and product teams to optimize inference performance and bring cutting-edge models to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fine-tune large video models using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques
• Design model adaptation pipelines for domain-specific video content
• Optimize inference performance through quantization and distillation
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess model quality and generalization

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in machine learning engineering with deep learning focus
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language and multimodal models with PEFT, LoRA
• Strong understanding of video codecs, processing pipelines, and streaming technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in ML/AI
• Experience with CUDA or similar GPU optimization frameworks
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases
