You'll lead EMEA renewals across all segments, owning retention, forecasting, and churn mitigation. You'll partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to ensure a high-value customer experience at renewal. This role is vital to Samsara's continued growth as a public company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives on account strategy
- Deliver against targets on a team and individual level
- Step into strategic renewals and complex deals to support the team
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- 8+ years of overall sales experience
- Experience with high volume SMB to Enterprise customers in EMEA
- Exceptional track record of overperforming sales targets
