You'll support Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams for K12 Group Domestic lines of business, ensuring accuracy on itineraries, pricing, and operational requests. You'll serve as a liaison between Production and Sales teams, improving operational efficiency and upholding business rules for a leading educational travel company.

  • Support Sales and Account Management with proofing and itinerary changes
  • Liaise between Production and Sales/Account Management teams
  • Contribute to updates and development of internal processes
  • Prepare status updates and reports for management
