Description

As a Relocation Consultant, you will guide employees through every stage of their relocation, providing high-touch support to help them feel at home in their new city. You'll coordinate moves, conduct housing and school research, and lead area tours, primarily working remotely with some in-person client support.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the USA
• 5+ years residency in Phoenix (Chandler ideal)
• Own reliable, registered, insured 4-door vehicle with valid driver's license
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
• Conduct housing and school research
• Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually
• Manage multiple relocations and administrative tasks
