You'll support daily community operations including leasing and resident relations. You'll help meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention. This role offers career growth through our Career Path Program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through leasing process
• Oversee rent collection and payment posting
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate evictions
• Step into leadership in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License

• Six months assistant community manager experience
