Description

As a Product Expert at Klaviyo, you'll provide high-quality product support to French-speaking customers via email and live chat, helping them scale their businesses using the Klaviyo platform. You will develop in-depth platform knowledge, diagnose software issues, and document troubleshooting steps. This role is hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, and requires weekend work.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role, troubleshooting software/SaaS issues
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
  • Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environment with defined metrics
  • Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
