💼 About This Role
You'll join the Center for Economics, Politics & History at the University of Austin to teach undergraduate history courses and pursue research in American history. You'll contribute to a new university's intellectual life and foster civil discourse in the classroom.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Teach six quarter-length courses per year (two per term).
- Develop undergraduate syllabi for core history courses.
- Participate in faculty meetings and campus events.
- Mentor students interested in economics and social sciences.
📋 Requirements
- Ph.D. in History or closely related field.
- Teaching excellence demonstrated by portfolio or references.
- U.S. citizenship or approved visa to work full-time.
