You'll oversee daily clinical operations for a Medicare-certified home health office, ensuring compliance and quality. You'll lead a team of clinicians to deliver patient-centered care. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and leadership growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise field clinical staff and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor OASIS documentation and Plan of Care development
• Facilitate staff orientation, education, and performance evaluations
• Track KPIs like hospitalization rates and documentation timeliness

📋 Requirements

• Current license in good standing (RN, PT, or OT)
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures

• Experience with Medicare Conditions of Participation
• Quality assurance or survey readiness experience
