You'll provide exceptional customer service to participants in wellness programs, addressing inquiries and concerns. Your work helps members navigate their benefits and ensures they receive needed support, making a direct impact on engagement and productivity.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer questions about HealthCheck360 products via phone, email, and chat
  • Process Physician's Screening Forms and participant outreaches
  • Provide feedback to improve participant experience and efficiencies
  • Support advocacy services to help members utilize benefits

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8-5pm

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with wellness programs or benefits administration
