You'll provide exceptional customer service to participants in wellness programs, addressing inquiries and concerns. Your work helps members navigate their benefits and ensures they receive needed support, making a direct impact on engagement and productivity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer questions about HealthCheck360 products via phone, email, and chat
- Process Physician's Screening Forms and participant outreaches
- Provide feedback to improve participant experience and efficiencies
- Support advocacy services to help members utilize benefits
๐ Requirements
- Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8-5pm

- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with wellness programs or benefits administration
