📋 Requirements

• 3+ years sourcing and closing highly technical engineering roles
• Ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting in high-growth environment
• Proven excellence in candidate experience and closing strategies
• Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions

• Prior experience working in a Startup
• Experience with startup equity discussions and negotiations
• Prior experience with Ashby and Notion
