Description

You will lead Revolution Medicines' patient advocacy, society engagement, and expanded access program (EAP) efforts across Europe, driving strategy and execution to ensure patients' voices are heard and best outcomes achieved. You'll build long-term relationships with patient and professional societies, support compliant interactions with HTA bodies, and create internal patient engagement programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years clinical trial and oncology EAP experience or 7+ years advocacy/society engagement with 5+ years in biotech/pharma
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred
• Deep understanding of European stakeholders (advocacy partners, physicians, regulators)
• Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver patient-centric solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of EAP work across Europe region
• Serve as primary point of contact for EAP core and extended teams and vendor management
• Develop long-term relationships with patient and professional societies in Europe
• Partner with VP Communications, Public Affairs and Policy Advocacy for HTA interactions
• Support creation of internal patient engagement programs
