🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize IDCA manufacturing processes
• Drive production capacity growth initiatives
• Design and deploy automation control systems
• Lead new equipment integration and qualification

📋 Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of Operations experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Professional experience in high vacuum systems or cooled thermal imaging
• Proven track record of yield and process improvement, ideally Six Sigma Black Belt

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dewars and Coolers
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience in electromechanical hardware design
