You'll lead a team of 20 Private Client Financial Planners across the South of England, delivering outstanding financial advice and driving business growth. You'll manage through complex change and integrations while attending the Norwich office 2 days a week. 📋 Requirements

• Financial planning experience
• Line management experience
• Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Coaching and leadership experience
