Description

You will shape the architecture and technical strategy for Terminal Developer Productivity, designing and building tools, infrastructure, and services that empower mobile, full-stack, and embedded engineers to ship high-quality products quickly and safely. Partner with engineering teams to define the roadmap, track developer productivity metrics, and own operational excellence of the developer tooling stack.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Substantial work across mobile and backend systems
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, observable systems
• Proven track record leading large technical projects

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality tools, infrastructure, and services
• Partner with engineering, product, and central teams to define and evolve the technical roadmap
• Define and track developer productivity and reliability metrics
