Description

As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you will identify high-potential companies, partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies, test messaging across channels, and contribute best practices to the team. Your work directly influences Klaviyo's go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
  • Fluent German and English (written and verbal)
  • Continually seek improvement and rigorous in pursuit of it
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solution
  • Partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies
  • Develop, test, and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to the outbound process and team
