๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the full customer journey at Roofr from acquisition through expansion, driving engagement and revenue across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and more. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll build and execute campaigns, not just strategize. You'll work cross-functionally with Revenue, Content, and Data teams to deliver data-driven lifecycle marketing at a fast-growing startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Map and improve Roofr's customer lifecycle, identifying drop-off points and triggers
  • Build multi-touch lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, in-app, and sales sequences
  • Use segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to optimize campaign performance
  • Own campaign reporting across HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, and Pendo

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation in a startup SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting both PLG and sales-assisted growth motions
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Amplitude, Pendo, or Customer.io
  • Proven use of AI tools in daily workflow for content and campaign analysis

  • HubSpot Marketing Certification
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email building
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling concepts like churn scoring
