🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transistor-level design of high-performance ADC/DAC blocks
• Oversee layout and supervise silicon evaluation and characterization
• Work with customers to define product specifications
• Drive designs from specification to production introduction

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-performance analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Thorough knowledge of high-speed ADC/DAC design techniques
• Track record of successfully taking designs to production
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE simulation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analog/digital behavioral modeling
• Familiarity with MATLAB
• Knowledge of electromigration and ESD compliance
