You'll build proactive AI systems that monitor business performance and surface actionable insights without being asked, shifting analytics from reactive to anticipatory. You'll own the analytics-to-action pipeline, designing data models and workflows that connect insight generation to recommended actions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI agents for proactive business monitoring
• Build natural language interfaces for conversational data querying
• Develop semantic layers for LLM-optimized data access
• Ship internal tools that transform decision-making at all levels

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or data engineering
• Expert-level SQL with complex data modeling skills
• Strong Python proficiency for data engineering and AI
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplace businesses
• Background in marketing analytics or pricing/economics
• History of building tools that replaced recurring analyst work
