Description

As a Field Service Engineer at ASM, you will provide on-site support and troubleshooting for CVD/EPI/PEALD/Furnace tools, ensuring high uptime and excellent customer experience. You'll manage installations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with global teams to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• English language fluency required for international client work
• Willingness to travel 10-25%

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool uptime and execute hardware installation and support
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and tool development
• Manage new product installs and subsequent hardware development
