You'll manage ongoing client relationships in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Service
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line for business unit solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
