💼 About This Role

You'll enable Global Systems Integrators to deploy and scale Devin and Windsurf across their client base. You'll act as Cognition's technical representative within partner organizations, leading training sessions and co-delivering pilots. This role blends deep technical work, partner enablement, and ecosystem thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical success of GSI partners across onboarding and enablement
• Work with partner engineering teams to understand delivery models
• Enable partners to build repeatable solutions using Devin/Windsurf
• Lead technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams

📋 Requirements

• Degree in STEM field and strong engineering foundation
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance
• Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams
• Willingness to travel 25-50% including frequent travel to India

• Advanced in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript)
• Experience writing, debugging, and deploying production systems
• Worked with SI/GSI delivery models or enterprise software deployments
