You'll oversee care, planning, and stewardship of all landscaped and natural spaces across a 470-acre sculpture park, leading sustainable garden operations and habitat improvement. You'll strengthen environmental impact and enhance guest experiences through hands-on gardening, volunteer coordination, and community partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily care of gardens, native plants, pollinator habitats, and trees
• Plan seasonal plantings and maintenance schedules
• Lead invasive species removal and ecological restoration projects
• Develop sustainability initiatives like composting and rainwater collection

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Horticulture, or related field
• 2+ years practical experience in gardening or ecological restoration
• Knowledge of native plants, pollinators, and sustainable practices
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather
