Description

You will join a cutting-edge team developing high-speed analog transceiver solutions for silicon photonics. You'll design and lead AMS circuits, drive block-level specifications, and mentor junior engineers, advancing AI data center infrastructure with photonic technology.

Requirements

• MS with 12+ years or Ph.D with 10+ years industry experience in GHz-speed RF or broadband analog design
• Experience designing Analog-Front-End blocks for SerDes
• Deep understanding of Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits
• Proven experience with CMOS device characteristics, noise, linearity, high-frequency circuit theory
• Experience with 3D Electro-Magnetic (EM) simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance high-speed AMS circuits for transceivers and broadband circuits interfacing with silicon photonics
• Investigate and evaluate new Analog Mixed-Signal circuit topologies with chip architects
• Lead multi-functional team discussions to create and drive block-level specifications and mixed-signal implementations
• Drive block-level floorplan and mask design views, run post-layout and mixed-signal simulations
• Define production and bench-level test plans and validate circuit performances in the lab
