You'll provide 1:1 patient care with AI-supported documentation to eliminate after-hours charting. Your day includes treating under 12 patients with PT-led clinical decisions and Exercise Specialist support. Mentorship and professional development are built into your workweek.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care under 12 patients per day

• Decide plan of care with PT-led clinical autonomy

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in Orthopedic Residency or Dry Needling pathways
• Experience with specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, etc.)
