Description

You will lead complex individual and family plan (IFP) insurance portfolios at Oscar Health. This role involves defining product strategy, overseeing end-to-end execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative health plan designs. You will report to the Vice President of Insurance Product Innovation and Development.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience with deep IFP and Small Group expertise
• 5+ years health insurance product development experience
• 5+ years experience across multiple markets or complex product lines
• 3+ years making strategic judgment calls and interacting with executive leaders
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and plan design for multiple markets or complex IFP offerings
• Oversee end-to-end plan design, filing, and launch readiness across assigned portfolios
• Serve as senior approver for plan designs, filings, and regulatory submissions
• Share accountability for live plan performance and lead cross-market issue remediation
• Lead Senior Managers and Managers, and coach teams on execution discipline
