💼 About This Role

You'll become an expert on Semgrep's code security platform and integrate it into customer SDLCs. You'll directly contribute to catching software vulnerabilities before they go live. This role offers the chance to shape the product roadmap through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Become an expert on Semgrep and integrate platform into SDLC
• Scope and own customer engagements with clear success criteria
• Articulate platform differentiation to power security programs
• Create automation and content to minimize customer friction

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or support
• Experience communicating with executives and operating full sales cycles
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, Buildkite)
• Exposure to application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis

• Experience mentoring teams
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to influence product roadmap
