Description

You will deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers, load/unload vehicles, complete paperwork, and ensure safe driving. This role combines customer service with physical tasks to bring happiness to the car-buying process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Satisfy state-specific DMV/title system requirements
• Physically capable of loading/unloading vehicles in various weather
• Must be able to work 11am-9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and input notes in tracking system
• Inspect hauler for safe operation
• Maintain a clean driving record
