You'll deliver premium travel experiences to executive and VIP clients, managing complex itineraries in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor ensuring seamless, personalized service while meeting operational KPIs like productivity and CSAT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive travel bookings including air, hotel, and ground transport
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and company policy
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision
• Build long-term relationships through consistent high-quality service

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, or luxury brands
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics including productivity and CSAT

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or C-suite
• Exposure to out-of-hours or on-call travel support models
