Description

You will support plaintiffs in complex litigation by coordinating procedural execution, quality control, and mentoring paralegals. Approximately 30% of your role involves managing workstreams and training staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• JD or LL.B. required; LL.M. with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 4 years litigation support in law firm or similar
• Experience with complex litigation, trial and appellate support strongly preferred
• Experience mentoring and supervising strongly preferred
• Proficient in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Bluebook

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign litigation support tasks to paralegals and legal assistants
• Mentor and train legal support staff on litigation skills and procedural knowledge
• Manage operational and procedural phases of litigation (pleadings, discovery, trial, appeal)
• Support trial preparation: oversee pretrial filings, manage transcripts, organize exhibits
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, briefs, and appeals using MS Word and CM/ECF
