Description
You will own the financial backbone of federal sales efforts, including deal structuring, pricing models, proposal cost volumes, revenue forecasting, and compliance with government regulations. Partner with BD, contracts, and program teams to ensure financial discipline and scalable processes for fast-growing government programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5+ years in U.S. government sales finance or government contracting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
- Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and U.S. government pricing principles
- Proven track record of supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, and government audits
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial aspects of U.S. government sales including deal structuring, pricing models, and proposal cost volumes
- Partner with BD, contracts, and program teams to ensure proposals are compliant with FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and bookings tracking for government sales
- Build scalable processes, reporting, and financial models to support growth in government programs
- Represent Finance in customer negotiations, audits, and program reviews
