Description
You will lead global learning projects, design and execute learning programs aligned with business goals, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee performance. Use data to measure program impact and identify capability gaps. This role allows you to contribute to organizational capability-building and gain exposure to business challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in consulting, learning & development, or organizational development at multinational
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with change management enablement learning strategies a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support global learning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Assist in design, development, and execution of learning programs aligned with business and cultural objectives
- Build relationships across group companies to leverage existing learning content
- Use data to track and measure impact of learning programs and generate insights
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for employees at various levels
