You'll be the voice of Figma as you help ensure our community has an exceptional experience across public platforms and touch-points like community forum and social media. You'll engage with customers directly and publicly, requiring critical thinking and outstanding communication skills.

- Monitor community and social platforms for escalations
- Provide technical support to Figma users on community platforms
- Moderate and organize the community forum
- Identify trends and improve community support initiatives
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in support or community environment for a technical SaaS product
- Ability to turn complex ideas into easily understood concepts
- High attention to detail while prioritizing tasks by urgency
- Adapt quickly in fast-evolving startup environments
